A domain may be included with selected offers such as 4ITX AIO. For standalone hosting, registration or renewal must be confirmed in the quotation.
Can 4ITX move my current website?
Yes. Standard migrations are included according to the plan. Complex migrations, large email transfers, damaged websites, or migrations requiring development may need a separate quotation.
Are backups guaranteed to recover every problem?
No backup system should be presented as an absolute guarantee. Recovery depends on the available backup, retention period, data condition, and incident type.
Can I host an online store?
Light e commerce may be suitable for Scale. Larger or resource heavy stores should be assessed and may require managed VPS hosting.
Does hosting include website maintenance?
Hosting includes infrastructure and hosting related support. Ongoing WordPress maintenance, content changes, software updates, and development are separate services.
