Once a service period has started, no full refunds are available unless otherwise specified.

For new subscriptions or service contracts, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no significant usage or work has been delivered.
Hosting Services

If you are unsatisfied with your web hosting plan, you may request a cancellation within the first 7 days for a full refund (excluding domain registrations, SSL certificates, or third-party add-ons, which are non-refundable).

After the 7-day period, cancellations are accepted but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
IT Support, Marketing & Business Solutions

Consulting, IT support, digital marketing, and business management services are non-refundable once delivered, as they involve time, expertise, and resource allocation.

For ongoing contracts, you may cancel your plan, but refunds will not apply for services already rendered. Future billing cycles can be canceled with prior notice.
