Website information is general and does not replace advice from a qualified professional who understands the customer and applicable requirements.
Technology services
4ITX provides website, hosting, email, support, cloud, software configuration, automation, integration, and related technology services within an agreed scope.
No accounting, tax, audit, or legal service
4ITX does not provide professional accounting, tax, audit, legal, investment, insurance, or regulated financial advice. Customers should obtain suitable independent advice for those matters.
Finance and operational records
Any invoice, income, expense, payment, or finance feature described within 4ITX AIO or another system is for simple operational record keeping and workflow visibility. It is not a replacement for professional accounting, tax preparation, statutory records, audit, or legal review.
The customer is responsible for record accuracy, classification, supporting documents, tax treatment, reporting, reconciliation, and approval by any required professional.
Automation and AI
Automation and AI assistance may produce incomplete, outdated, incorrect, or unsuitable output. Human review remains essential before publishing content, contacting customers, changing records, making decisions, or relying on generated results.
Customers must not enter confidential, personal, or regulated information into an AI provider unless that use has been assessed and approved.
Security and continuity
Security, backup, monitoring, maintenance, and recovery services reduce risk but cannot guarantee that attacks, data loss, downtime, errors, or provider failures will never occur. The exact controls and responsibilities are defined by the purchased service.
External products and providers
Recommendations or configurations involving external products do not make 4ITX the manufacturer or provider of those products. Availability, features, licences, pricing, data practices, and service decisions remain subject to the external provider.
Business decisions
The customer remains responsible for deciding whether a service, platform, workflow, report, or recommendation is suitable for its operations, risk, budget, staff, customers, and legal duties.
Agreements and mandatory rights
A signed proposal or service agreement defines the actual deliverables, responsibilities, warranties, and remedies. Nothing on this page removes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be removed.
