This policy applies unless a signed proposal, order, or provider term states a more specific rule. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Before work begins
A customer may cancel before work begins by contacting 4ITX in writing. Any amount not committed to setup, reserved capacity, licences, provider charges, or agreed preparation will be reviewed for refund.
Deposits and setup fees
A deposit reserves time and allows planning or purchasing to begin. Once work, setup, research, configuration, or an external purchase has started, the related portion may not be refundable. The applicable proposal should explain the deposit purpose.
Custom work and completed stages
Website design, development, migration, configuration, consulting, integration, and other custom work are charged according to completed or committed stages. Approved work and delivered stages are not normally refundable merely because priorities later change.
Subscriptions and recurring services
Hosting, maintenance, support, software, and managed services may renew for the period shown in the order. A cancellation stops future renewal when received within the required notice period. It does not automatically refund the current period unless the agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
Domains, licences, and external charges
Domain registrations, renewals, SSL products, software licences, cloud resources, advertising, payment fees, and other external charges are normally not refundable after purchase or activation because the provider has already charged or allocated the service.
Hosting and migration cancellation
Before cancelling hosting or migration work, the customer should request any available export and confirm the destination. Access may end at the close of the paid period. Data retention after cancellation depends on the service agreement and provider rules.
Service concerns
If a delivered service appears materially different from the approved scope, the customer should describe the issue and provide relevant evidence. 4ITX may first correct, repeat, or complete the affected work where that is a reasonable remedy.
Approved refunds
An approved refund is returned through an available method after identity, payment, provider charge, and delivery checks are complete. Bank, card, currency, and provider processing times are outside the direct control of 4ITX.
Incorrect or duplicate payments
Report an incorrect or duplicate payment promptly with the payment reference. Confirmed excess amounts will be corrected after verification.
How to cancel
Send a written request to [email protected] with the customer name, service, order reference, requested cancellation date, and any export or handover request. A cancellation is confirmed only when 4ITX acknowledges it in writing.
