Enquiry forms and appointment bookings
The website form validates information in the browser and sends the submitted name, company, email, phone, requested service, message, consent confirmation, submission time, and source page to [email protected] through the 4ITX website mail handler. The form reports success only when the hosting mail service accepts the message for delivery.
Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from spam and automated misuse. Cloudflare may process technical and security signals such as an IP address, browser, device, and challenge result under its own privacy terms.
4ITX manages appointment scheduling and stores the contact details you submit to arrange your meeting. Confirmations and reminders are sent to the email address you provide.
Facebook and Instagram
If you message our Facebook or Instagram page, we receive your message, your display name and your profile picture, so that we can read and answer you. We do not collect your email address, phone number or any other detail from your social media profile — only what you choose to tell us in the conversation.
If you send us your details through a form in a Facebook advert, we receive the answers you gave on that form.
We use this only to reply to you and to follow up on what you asked about. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising.
